Vantix is a read-only intelligence layer. We do not execute trades, manage funds, connect to your wallet, or place bets on your behalf. All wagering decisions are made entirely by you, on third-party platforms.
Vantix has no affiliation with Polymarket, any sports book, or any betting operator. We simply provide statistical analysis based on publicly available market data.
You may use Vantix only if:
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Vantix reserves the right to terminate access if we have reason to believe these requirements are not met.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address and a password. You agree to:
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Vantix is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.
Vantix offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required for the free tier.
The Pro subscription is billed at €49.00 or $59.00 per month (depending on your location), or such other price as displayed at time of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You must keep your payment information current and accurate.
Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added at checkout. German users will be charged the applicable German VAT rate unless a valid EU VAT number is provided.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your account's billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then.
Due to the nature of the digital service, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service. However, if you experience a significant technical failure caused by Vantix that prevents you from using the Service for more than 3 consecutive days, you may contact us at support@Vantix.io to request a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online, beginning on the date of the initial subscription. By actively using the Pro features before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of service.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Pending subscriptions will be cancelled immediately upon deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law (see Privacy Policy).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Our model is a statistical tool trained on historical data. Markets are dynamic. There is no guarantee that following our signals will result in profit. Sports betting is inherently unpredictable and involves the risk of total loss of funds wagered.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantix and its operators shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vantix in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable German or EU law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
All content, software, models, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property of Vantix are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, Germany], unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days in advance. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
